TRACEABILITY: The varietal Tabi is originally born from a hybrid created from varietals Timor, Typica and Bourbon. The main mission was to create a strain resistant to rust fungus, very common in areas with this type of microclimates and altitudes. It appears for the first time in XNUMX thanks to CENICAFÉ(National Center for Coffee Research). Thanks to this hybrid we obtain the best quality characteristics in the cup of its Bourbon and Typica parents.
The word Tabi means "good" in the Guambiano dialect (Colombian native).

RECOMMENDED USE:

CONCLUSION: Exotic profile with notes of liquor and raspberry. Very sweet, with a very elegant body that characterizes this very exclusive varietal. This is a coffee for people with an open mind to not so common flavors.
